These springs were built in the XIII century and are located between Massa Marittima and the village of Ghirlanda. The springs used to provide water to the surrounding countryside.
Their structure consists of two semicircular arches supported by solid pillars and two above-ground tanks, covered with barrel vaults.
The facade is decorated with a crest and a bas-relief depicting a female figure.
The structure was renovated and the original look was restored.
